The classroom management and behavior strategies you use affect your students’ success and YOUR own sanity. Classroom Management refers to the wide variety of skills and techniques that teachers use to keep a classroom running smoothly. Come learn strategies for building a positive, compassionate classroom community that engages learners to make growth academically, socially and emotionally. We will also dive into compassionate, safe and effective behavior management strategies that you can implement easily into your classroom. Whether you are a brand new teacher or you have several years under your belt, this workshop is for you!
