We explicitly teach our students to read, write and problem solve. Teaching students to effectively communicate is just as, if not more important, especially in today’s technology driven world. Meaningful conversations actively engage learners and lead to higher achievement. Come learn the what, why and how in regards to implementing meaningful conversations into your classroom.
This workshop will be offered remotely via ZOOM. Completion of this online workshop experience will result in 5 hours of professional learning. To receive these hours, you must attend the entire workshop online via ZOOM, on July 23, 2020 from 8:30-11:30 AM and 1-2. From 11:30-1 you’ll have a 30 minute break for lunch and 60 minutes of “research/reflection” time. The 4 hours of online learning and the completed “research assignment” will equal 5 hours of professional learning hours.
Note:Refunds will be issued only to participants who call the ROE office to cancel (5) working days before the date of the program. BHS ROE CO-OP participants will be charged if they do not follow this same cancelation procedure.
