#12337 Introduction to Transformative Writing Instruction

Come learn about a process for teaching writing that is deeply rooted in
“Writing for Audience and Purpose”. Teachers will learn how to use the
Optimal Learning Model in coordination with genre immersion to
embed the traits of writing within a meaningful writing process that can
be applied across the curriculum. Through it all, teachers will learn how
to create an environment in which students truly become writers.
