Being an educator is more stressful than ever, and teachers and administrators must constantly shift gears to stay on top of the newest initiatives and students’ ever-changing needs. This book study and workshop will help teach strategies and tools to help reduce stress, avoid burnout, and regain the time that gets lots to interruptions, competing demands, and task-switching. Educators will read the book and participate in discussion questions using Flip online. They will then participate in a full-day workshop at the ROE with the other book study participants.
