The employee is responsible for all aspects of the Illinois teacher licensure process and renewal of existing licenses. Responsible for becoming knowledgeable of current laws and pending legislation regarding licensure, while following protocols set by the Illinois State Board of Education. As Office Manager, employee will organize and coordinate administration duties and procedures. Employee’s role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness and customer service.
