Lapsed Certificate Update: SB3393 has passed both the Senate and the House. The Governor signed the bill on May 8, 2012. The new law provides some additional options to reinstate lapsed certificates. If you possess a lapsed certificate, please call the Regional Office of Education as soon as possible.
