This two-day workshop will help you build quality three-dimensional classroom assessments in K-12 science, which is necessary for alignment to the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS).
Information included in this training:
– What is three-dimensional assessment and how is it different from other assessments?
– How do I assess three-dimensional learning as required by the NGSS?
– Balanced assessment system terminology and the basics for quality assessments
– Reviewing and evaluating current assessments and designing quality assessments
This session is designed for teachers/administrators who are familiar with NGSS and three-dimensional learning. If you do not have any experience with NGSS, please consider attending the NGSS unit alignment course prior to attending this session.
Note:Refunds will be issued only to participants who call the ROE office to cancel (5) working days before the date of the program. BHS ROE CO-OP participants will be charged if they do not follow this same cancelation procedure.
