Computer programming activities help students become better problem solvers, critical thinkers, and effective communicators. In this workshop, participants will experience several free/low-cost classroom activities that introduce programming concepts to young students. Starting with board game-like challenges for early elementary students, programming fundamentals can be taught in a way that easily transitions into computer-based programming activities that can easily be implemented into any classroom.
