Drawing on the research of John Hattie and the Visible Learning approach, this workshop explores mindsets such as “I am an evaluator of my impact” and “I collaborate and learn with my colleagues,” providing teachers with the necessary tools to enhance their instructional practices. Participants will discover practical strategies and insights that foster a student-centered approach, promote continuous improvement, and ultimately lead to improved student outcomes.
