Please Join US for a Full Day PE Workshop.
This workshop will be broken down into four session topics that will provide PE and Health teachers with best practices, discussion of implementation strategies, and hands-on training/demonstrations.

Session #1: PE Programming and Planning. This session will include a presentation with PE programming/planning session with discussion as to PE program goals and vision for 2024-2025.
Session #2: Enhanced PE. Recent legislative efforts in Illinois recommend that schools deliver a health-related fitness approach in PE. This session will provide options and approaches to meet a health-related fitness approach in PE.
Sessions #3 & #4: Will include best practices in: physical activity, fitness, curriculum design, technology and data analytics.
