This workshop will provide an opportunity for teachers to explore the differences between cooperative and collaborative learning and to evaluate the benefits of each. Teachers will apply a cooperative or collaborative learning strategy to a lesson or unit within their own content area, consider a classroom norm they can integrate, or consider using gamification during structure work time. There will be a number of opportunities to share with colleagues and reflect on these options. There will be a number of hands-on strategies that are easily implemented that can bring your classroom to life!
