Regional Safe School Program - RSSP

The B-H-S Regional Safe School Program (RSSP) is an alternative education opportunity for at-risk and disruptive students who have experienced behavioral challenges in the traditional school setting. The goals of our program include:
  • Helping students become respectful, independent, and responsible students by building academic, social, and behavioral skills.

  • Preparing students for a successful transition back to their regular home district environments.

  • Helping students acquire their education through coursework credit using either traditional instruction or through on-line learning.

Students in grades 6-12 who have been expelled, are eligible for expulsion, or have multiple suspensions in their school may qualify to participate in the program. An enrollment application is required by the home school district before entry into the program.
